Born in Nigeria, OjayVibes moved to the USA as an early teen. Always one to explore possibilities and push boundaries, he quickly adapted to his new environment and earned a soccer scholarship upon graduating high school.
College introduced him to many artistic outlets, and quickly found success as a photographer and model.
Not long after, Ojay found himself in the studios of local artists, lending his ear on production and occasionally featuring on songs. He was quickly hooked to creative process of song making, and soon Ojay Vibes was born.
Sensing his talent and ear for music, Ojay stepped out as a full fledged artist, releasing his first single “Dance W Me”, an energetic Afro beat vibe, highlighting his versatile and contagious sound. Soon after, he released his freestyle “Lobby” on SoundCloud, an underground hit that caught attention from influential hip hop pages.
Gaining momentum, OjayVibes debut EP is releasing on 4/25, announcing the arrival of the world’s next pop star.
